Create a new quote

✍️ Prerequisite : Before creating a quote, make sure at least one quote template, a catalog, and a price grid are configured in your workspace.
  1. Click New quote at the top right of the list.
  2. In the New project modal, fill in the information:
    • Customer : Select the customer company (optional)
    • Primary contact : Choose the contact associated with the customer (optional)
    • Template * : Select the sales template
    • Catalog * : Product catalog to use
    • Price grid * : Applicable price grid
  3. Click Create.

You are redirected to the quote editor to add your products and configure your proposal.

💡 Tip : When you select a Template, the Catalog and the Price grid are automatically pre-filled based on the template configuration. You can modify them if necessary.
💡 Tip : You can create a quote without a customer and associate it later. Handy for preparing a proposal before having all the prospect's information.
