How to manage organization settings?

Configure your organization name and manage your different workspaces

Introduction

The organization settings screen allows you to configure the global information of your Qwoty account: the organization name and the list of all your workspaces. A workspace is an isolated workspace with its own data, users, and configurations.

✍️ Prerequisites : You must have the Admin role to access this screen.

Access

  1. In the left side menu, click Settings
  2. In the Organization section, click General

Edit the organization name

The organization name is displayed in the interface and helps identify your Qwoty account.

  1. In the Organization name field, enter the new name
  2. Click Save changes

Manage workspaces

The Organization Workspaces section displays the list of all workspaces in your account:

  • Name : Workspace name
  • ID : Workspace unique identifier (UUID)

Search for a workspace

Use the search bar to filter the list by workspace name.

Navigate the list

At the bottom of the table, you can:

  • Change the number of rows displayed per page via the Rows per page menu
  • Navigate between pages using the pagination buttons

Create a new workspace

  1. Click the + New button at the top right of the list
  2. A page opens to configure your new workspace

💡 Tip : Workspaces let you segment your activities (for example by country, by subsidiary, or by team) while maintaining an overall view at the organization level.

Edit a workspace

  1. Find the workspace to edit in the list
  2. Click the menu on the right of the row
  3. Select Edit
  4. Make your changes, then save
