How to manage currencies?

Configure the currencies available for your quotes and orders

Introduction

Qwoty allows you to manage multiple currencies for your quotes and orders. A default currency is automatically created when you sign up, based on your account information. You can then add other currencies to work internationally.

✍️ Prerequisites : You must have the Admin role to access this screen.

Access

  1. In the left side menu, click Settings
  2. In the Workspace section, click Currencies

View the list of currencies

The screen displays the list of all your currencies in a table:

  • Status : Active (green) or Inactive
  • Default : Badge indicating the workspace’s main currency
  • Name : Full name of the currency (e.g.: Euro, US Dollar)
  • API Name : ISO code of the currency (e.g.: EUR, USD)

Default currency

The default currency is identified by the Default badge in the table. It is set during sign-up and cannot be deleted.

💡 Tip : The default currency is the one that will be preselected when creating your quotes and orders.

Search for a currency

Use the search bar at the top of the screen to filter the list by name or ISO code.
