How to manage content blocks?

Create reusable marketing text blocks to enrich your quotes and sales proposals

Introduction

Content blocks allow you to create pre-written marketing text sections (company overview, solutions, case studies, team, etc.) that your sales reps can insert into their quotes. This saves them valuable time, so they no longer have to write this recurring content themselves, and ensures they use the latest version validated by the company.

By associating these blocks with quote templates, the right marketing information automatically accompanies each type of sales proposal.

Access

  1. In the left side menu, click Content
  2. Click Content blocks

View the list of content blocks

The list displays all content blocks configured in your workspace with the following information:

  • Status : Active or Inactive
  • Title : Content block name
  • Reference : Technical reference
  • Type : Content type (Introduction, Company, Solution, etc.)
  • Language : Block language
  • Update : Date of last modification

Use the search bar to find a specific block.

Creating a content block allows you to define a reusable text section in your quotes.
