How to manage catalogs?
Organize your products into catalogs to structure your commercial offering
Introduction
Catalogs allow you to group your products in a logical way. For example, you can create a catalog by country, by product range, or by customer segment. Each catalog can be linked to multiple pricebooks to adjust prices to your needs.
✍️

Admin role to access this screen.
Access
- In the left side menu, click on Products & Pricing
- Click on Catalogs
View the list of catalogs
The screen displays the list of all catalogs in your workspace:
- Status : Active (green) or Inactive
- Name : Catalog name
- Reference : Internal catalog reference
- Products : Number of products in the catalog
- Pricebook : Number of linked pricebooks
- Updated : Date and time of the last modification
