How to manage catalogs?

Organize your products into catalogs to structure your commercial offering

Introduction

Catalogs allow you to group your products in a logical way. For example, you can create a catalog by country, by product range, or by customer segment. Each catalog can be linked to multiple pricebooks to adjust prices to your needs.

✍️ Prerequisites : You must have the Admin role to access this screen.

Access

  1. In the left side menu, click on Products & Pricing
  2. Click on Catalogs

View the list of catalogs

The screen displays the list of all catalogs in your workspace:

  • Status : Active (green) or Inactive
  • Name : Catalog name
  • Reference : Internal catalog reference
  • Products : Number of products in the catalog
  • Pricebook : Number of linked pricebooks
  • Updated : Date and time of the last modification

Standard catalog

A standard catalog is automatically created in each workspace. This catalog cannot be deleted, but you can freely edit it: change its name, its reference, add or remove products.

💡 Tip : The standard catalog can serve as the main catalog containing all your products, or be used as a base for your most common offers.
