How to manage Business Units?
Manage your different legal entities (subsidiaries, brands) from a single workspace
Introduction
Business Units allow you to manage multiple legal entities (subsidiaries, brands, companies) within the same Qwoty workspace. Each Business Unit can then be associated with your quote templates to personalize your sales proposals according to the issuing entity.

Prerequisites : You must have the
Admin role to access this screen.
Access
- In the left sidebar menu, click Settings
- In the Workspace section, click Business Unit
View the list of Business Units
The screen displays the list of all your Business Units in a table:
- Brand : Entity trade name
- Company name : Entity official legal name
Search for a Business Unit
Use the search bar at the top of the screen to filter the list by brand name or company name.
Navigate the list
At the bottom of the table, you can:
- Change the number of rows displayed per page via the Rows per page menu
- Navigate between pages using the pagination buttons
Create a new Business Unit
- Click the + New Business Unit button at the top right
- A new page opens to set up your Business Unit

Edit a Business Unit
- Find the Business Unit to edit in the list
- Click the ⋮ menu to the right of the row
- Select Edit
- Make your changes and then save
Delete a Business Unit
- Find the Business Unit to delete in the list
- Click the ⋮ menu to the right of the row
- Select Delete
- Confirm deletion

Warning : Before deleting a Business Unit, make sure it is not used in an active quote template.
