How to manage bundles (product packs)?

Create pre-configured product groupings to speed up quote creation

Introduction

Bundles are pre-configured product packs that work like "standard quotes". They allow you to group multiple products with their quantities and discounts already defined, ready to be reused in your quotes.

This feature is particularly useful when you regularly offer the same product combinations to your customers: instead of reconfiguring each quote manually, you simply select the appropriate bundle.

💡 Example : A "Christmas Pack" bundle containing 3 software licenses + 1 training + 1 year of support, with a 15% discount already applied.

Access

  1. In the left side menu, click Products and pricing
  2. Click Bundles

View the list of bundles

The list displays all your bundles with the following information:

  • Status : Active or Inactive
  • Name : Bundle name
  • Reference : Technical reference
  • Pricebook : Associated price list
  • Currency : Currency
  • Catalog : Associated catalog
  • Update : Date of last update

Use the search bar to filter bundles. Click Export or Import to manage your data in bulk.

Create a bundle

  1. Click + New bundle at the top right
  2. The configuration screen opens: it is identical to the quote creation screen
  3. Select the products to include in the bundle
  4. Configure quantities for each product
  5. Apply the desired discounts
  6. Save the bundle
💡 Tip : Think of the bundle as a "template" quote that you save to reuse. Any configuration you make here will automatically be applied when using the bundle in a real quote.

Edit a bundle

  1. In the list of bundles, find the bundle to edit
  2. Click the menu to the right of the row
  3. Select Edit
  4. Make your changes (products, quantities, discounts)
  5. Save

Use a bundle in a quote

When creating a quote, you can select a bundle to automatically prefill the quote with all the products and configurations from the bundle. This saves you considerable time on recurring offers.

💡 Tip : After adding a bundle to a quote, you can still adjust quantities, add or remove products, and change discounts according to the customer's specific needs.

Export and import bundles

  • Click Export to download the list of bundles
  • Click Import to create or update bundles in bulk from a file
